Win64 1.22 does not work, 1.23 does.

Downloaded the 1.22 release from Releases for Win64, when I run it I get the following error:

Downloaded the 1.23 test/dev build, works fine.

Hola, no me funciona tan poco la versión 1.22 desde donde puedo descargar la versión en desarrollo 1.23?
