Floppy Drive does not spin up

Just got a Greaseweazle, installed the host tools as well a FluxMyFloppy v5.2.4.

While trying several (Tandon, Hitachi and Chinon) 5 1/4 " drives no one is spinning up upon a try to read from a drive.

While executing read the drive LED will be lit shortly.

I'm using the twisted connection and drive A.

Any hints are appreciated.
