COM ports added by Bluetooth devices causes significant delay when GW.exe is searching for the Greaseweazle device

I'm using GW.exe v1.22 under Windows 11.

I paired a set of Bluetooth headphones with my PC and it added two new COM port devices to the machine. My Greaseweazle is currently assigned to COM 3. The two new devices were assigned COM 4 and COM 5. Now when I run GW.exe, it can take about six to seven seconds before it can find the Greaseweazle. Removing the COM port devices fixes the issue.
