software 1.19 and newer can't find hardware

Version 1.16.1 works fine, but 1.19 and later can't find hardware. When I select port manually (in CLI), they also works, but can't get serial number of hardware in "info" command. Is it something well-known, or what? Hardware used is F1 Bluepill on proto-board. System: Win10 X64, but software is x86, as it was recommended here.
UPD: just check on my wife's PC: the same Win edition, and 1.21 works without any problem. Where to dig on my PC? if it depends, I have Ryzen 5 2600X machine, and another one - Intel I5-3570K

Yes I can probably do a branch and binary build which dumps out info on all discovered serial ports. It could be a bug in the new port-detection code. By the way, x64 build (win64) is probably best.
