Transform Webpage to use Docusaurus

The current webpage is a bit crowded and doesn't provide nice features like a sidebar navigation. Everything's cramed on a single page.
We should explore more sophisticated solutions like Docusaurus.

Requirements:

• It allows to be sourced from Markdown
• It can interlink markdowns from the repository without leaving the unified UI experience
• It allows for easy navigation
• It can be deployed using Github Pages feature
