Add "consoleLog" and "consoleLabel" config to Debug block guide in Readthedocs

Our Readthedocs guide does not include any instructions on how to use "consoleLog" and "consoleLabel" in the Debug block config. These functions should be added to the list of the Debug block's defaults and the accompanying description.
