Add minimal block ("type": "actions") to Dialog block default config #575
Description
The Dialog block's UI window closes as soon as the block has completed running its embedded blocks. The Dialog block's default config is empty, which can give the impression that the block is not functioning correctly when it is first added. This is explained in Readthedocs but it would be helpful to users if we add a block that requires some user interaction so that the Dialog window will remain open and visible.
