Add Launch button to hardcoded Connect Flow

On the app's general Connect Flow, there is nothing to link each listed Connect Flow to its respective dashboard Flow.

We want to add a new column to the data grid, containing a Launch button that will take the user to the pertinent Flow.

The Launch button will take its destination from a tag, set in its related Connect Flow. The tag will take the form start:<url>. This data can be automatically pulled, just as the individual Connect Flows are collated as a list on the main Connect Flow. If no tag is found, the button will not appear. If not, the button will be disabled/absent.

Since the main Connect Flow is hardcoded, this update will require a code change.
