Handle schema location change for CDR taxonomy files

The schema location in the CDR taxonomy files will be updated from www.FFIEC.gov to the subdomain www.CDR.FFIEC.gov. This change, scheduled to take effect in May 2026, will affect both new and historical Call, SOD, and UBPR taxonomies. Updating the schema location will ensure continued accessibility and address recent issues related to the current schema URL being unavailable. Schema locations in the historical Call and UBPR XBRL files will also be updated.

• If this impacts our R package, develop a plan for adapting the change to ensure no interruptions to our users.

At this time, we don't believe there are any changes we need to make to the package.

However, in the coming months we will monitor:

• Additional emails from FFIEC providing further detail on this topic
• Whether the package breaks after the subdomain is officially updated (supposedly sometime in May 2026)
