Home-assistant branch: First start of a container fails to get the mqtt dependency #2

@kevinkk525

Description

@kevinkk525

Often the first start of the home-assistant container after an update results in a failed attempt to get the mqtt dependency of the SmartSever integration.
A restart of the container solves this problem most of the time.

Also there is always a notification about the failed setup of the platform pysmartnode.

I will fix both problems eventually.
