Keybase not displaying window

Keybase GUI Version: 6.5.1-20250422111127+19f9cfeddb

Keybase is running. I can see the icon in the system tray. If I click on it, it says "Staring up Keybase" and never changes. The chat window does not come up at all. I have reinstalled.
