bug(windows): OneNote in Windows 11 doesn’t work well on punctuation #15178

Describe the bug
From the community site:
I have a keyboard called Yiddish/Hebrew which generally works fine but when I use it in OneNote in Windows 11 it doesn’t work well on punctuation. When typing a coma, full stop or question mark after a word the cursor doesn’t move up until you start typing words again. This and other problems also occur when typing in the version of OneNote for Windows rather than the 365 version. Is there a solution for this?
