bug(windows): win 11 ITRANS keyboard outputs english in Word but not Notepad #15354
Description
Selecting the ITRANS keyboard outputs the english in Word on Windows 11. In Notepad (which is TSF in Windows 11) the output is correct.
Attached is a log with the Notepad working and Winword not working.
On one machine reinstalling Keyman resolved the issue.
