[keymanweb.com] Unable to resize the text pane and make adjustments

Here is what I did:

1. Opened Keymanweb.com site.
2. Maximize the Text Pane by dragging the bottom right corner of the text pane.
3. Tried to minimize the text pane size by dragging the bottom right corner of the text pane.

However, it was not possible to make the adjustments since the text pane stuck with the web page. Seems to be an issue.
