Configuration is convoluted due to "nested" and "hidden" settings

As mentioned in this Steam workshop discussion:

I would suggest decoupling HydrogenEngineEfficiencyMultiplier from the generator's production rate, you've already got a modifier that alters the generator production rate independently and it somewhat complicates custom configs.

The config should be simple to understand and reason about; this and issue #1 clearly show that it's sub-par.

Currently, the settings - both visible and hidden - are:

• BatteryMaxPowerInputMultiplier
• HydrogenEngineEfficiencyMultiplier
• HydrogenEngineMaxPowerOutputMultiplier
• HydrogenGasEnergyDensityMultiplier
• OxygenGeneratorPowerConsumptionMultiplier
• OxygenGeneratorExtraSpeedDivisor
• OxygenGeneratorSpeedMultiplier - hidden: OGSM = 1 / (OGESD * HEEM)

OGESD can be dropped and OGSM provided directly, since there's already an (unavoidable) instruction to the user.

The presence of OGESD can be detected as a marker that "this is an old config", and the new OGSM re-calculated accordingly...

However, given the bug of issue #1, this would be propagating incorrect configs.

Therefore, it's "safer" to just reset the config, and notify the user somehow.

EDIT: As it turned out, the issue in #1 only manifests if there is no config present on load. This has been fixed in v0.3.1.

It should be safe to re-calculate the "new" config based on old settings, and replace the config file. The user should still be notified.

[keyspace]

Currently, the Workshop page says:

OxygenGeneratorPowerConsumptionMultiplier * OxygenGeneratorExtraSpeedDivisor must be 10 or higher.

While at version v0.2.1 it used to say:

Leave the divisor at 12: that's the mod's core.

This is true as long as HydrogenEngineEfficiencyMultiplier is automatically factored into the hidden OxygenGeneratorSpeedMultiplier.

If OGESD is to be removed and the speed should be controlled completely by OGSM, then a new recommendation on the setting must be provided. The constraints must mention HEEM somehow...

Currently (and from the mod's genesis), the code ensured the constraint of:

OGSM = 1 / (OGESD * HEEM)

But as discussion showed this is confusing considering there's also the recommendation of

OGPCM * OGESD >= 10

... which is mentioned on the workshop page but not enforced.

It's possible to drop the (also confusing) OGESD setting and just let the user configure OGSM directly, with the recommendation becoming:

OGPCM / (OGSM * HEEM) >= 10

(If my mid-school math is correct.)
