Update keystone version in package.json

In the latest release from npm (0.5.1) _package.json has old version of keystone "keystone": "4.0.0-beta.5", which is the cause of issues like keystonejs/keystone#4837

Looks like the code is meant to install as stable 4.0.0, but npm just hasn't been updated.

According to this:

The release should be updated also to match the master branch.

Easiest fix for now is to npm install -g git+https://github.com/keystonejs/generator-keystone.git, but it would be helpful to cut a release that doesn't install a two-and-a-half-year-old beta version, given that this is the promoted entry point.

@dgtllion It may get updated, but most efforts are being put towards keystone 5
