Taskbar icons seem to be flipped on RTL languages

With the exception of the Start Menu, the taskbar icons and tray icons when ExplorerEx is used on a Right to Left Operating System is not properly displayed.

The IDF has sent us funding to correct this issue, so we will correct it very soon. They are sending us... Israeli Windows XP...

Nah, funding's not from Alberta separatists, IDF soldiers, MAGA, nothing. Just pure Maple Syrup, hockey and NHL's Stanley Cup.

(Same thing would happen if the language was set to Arabic, Persian, Farsi, etc)
