Browser is not opening the storefront site to make the actions

Hi Kaushik Ganguly,

First of all thank you very much for this excellent contribution. I tried to follow all the stepts mentioned, however when running GuestCheckoutFlowTest chrome browser is not opening the storefront site, in spite of that all 3 tests passed.
