Disable "Couldn't hook Direct3DCreate9." warning #4
Description
Because I do not experience higher input lag without d3d8to9 in my environment, this warning constitutes unnecessary waiting time when opening the game. Is it possible to disable it? If not, consider this to be a feature request.
