Dependency conflict between scattr and labelmerge

After pulling the latest updates, a dependency conflict occurs when trying to install both scattr and labelmerge due to incompatible snakebids requirements:

ERROR: Cannot install labelmerge==0.4.7 and scattr==0.3.4rc1 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.

The conflict is caused by:
    scattr 0.3.4rc1 depends on snakebids<0.11.0 and >=0.10.2
    labelmerge 0.4.7 depends on snakebids<0.15.0 and >=0.14.0

Using an earlier version of labelmerge works well as a temporary workaround. Updating scattr to support snakebids >=0.14.0 would likely resolve the issue in the long term.
