I suppose you would want to use our normalised count table.

Secondly, the circadb offers the ability to search for sinusoidal genes. In our paper we found that we could identify robust transcriptional patterns which did not match this shape and would therefore likely not be called as 'fluctuating' using circadb. Might be worth providing the option for looking for genes which statistically change over time, but not wrt a sin shape.
