http2 or hpack?

Hi. The repo name and description suggest this is HTTP2 for Elixir but looking through the source code I see only an hpack implementation. Even the mix file says this is an HPACK implementation for Elixir. So what scope does this exactly target and what is your plan forward? Looks like all the hpack tests pass.

My purpose is writing a library for HTTP2. But current implementation only supports HPACK.

I am kind of busy at this time for company project, so I have to postpone this project.
Any PR for implement HTTP2 is welcome.
