doc: insert example is not clear #7

please clarify how to use modifyStatement. It seems openIndex is needed, and I am not sure why. It seems to me I should need to specify only a MySQL table for inserts. Browsed through code but am still unclear how to use inserts. My use case is to try to beat native MySQL load file speed. Please help.
