Mask phone numbers in output and saved filenames by default

Problem

Right now the tool prints full phone numbers in terminal output and uses the full number in saved image filenames. That increases the chance of exposing personal data in screenshots, shell history, shared terminals, or local files.

Fix

A safer default would be to mask phone numbers in console output and saved filenames, while still allowing an explicit flag for investigators who need the full value.
