Bug: Site is using proxy if it's the first tab to open browser is force closed

Mozilla based browser Floorp 12.8.3
Windows 10 22H2

I have x.com in a USA based proxy so it's in a container. If I open browser up and it's the ONLY tab that is open and I go to x.com it closes the tab closing the browser. As long as I have another tab open and it's not the first tab than it will browser normally with no issue. This only happens if only 1 tab open and it's a containerized site like my x.com

Why closed this happens on any containerized site. If it's not in a container the tab does not close which since only tab in browser the browser closes.
