Bug Description

In the middle of a working session, Kiro suddenly failed to refresh a file I had updated in a separate Visual Studio instance. Attempting to use a simpler prompt, I simply said "hi", to which Kiro quickly flashed "Unexpected error. Please try again." (also, "Elapsed time: 0s")

Now, 2-3 hours later, I'm seeing a different message. Kiro responds to my "hi" with "Access denied. Please check your authentication." (I have a Kiro Pro+ license, to which I log in via my organization email).

Things I tried:

• Sign out of my account and log back in
• Reboot machine
• Look for a log file (didn't find one. I don't know what that "unexpected error" is)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Kiro
2. Sign in (with organization email -- it has an active Kiro Pro+ license with only ~300/2000 tokens used so far)
3. Type "hi" in prompt box.

Expected Behavior

Kiro give me an answer, as per usual.

Glad you figured it out, @HtmAl! Mixing up account types is an easy thing to overlook, especially when you're in the middle of a flow and the error messages don't make it obvious.
