Bug Description

1. There is info:Either the text arg was not provided or text content provided exceeded the write file limit of 50 lines. The agent has seen this error and will try a different approach to write the file if needed.
2. When failed editing the file happened very frequently. It is so bad, it was used Powershell to rewrite the file again and spent a lot of token, but it is new codebase different, as a result it changed all structure.

Must edit file sucessfully without rewrite the new file
