Bug Description

My account just purchased the Pro version, why can't I use it after working for a few hours, I got locked out as soon as I logged in. I don't know what happened, please help me unlock it, thank you so much!

Why is this marked as duplicate?
Both issues report account/authentication problems where users cannot access their accounts properly - one reports 'user is not authorized to make a call' and the other reports account being 'locked out' with 'account behaving abnormally'

This is not a repetitive question. My account was previously unable to be used due to what you call an anomaly. However, after the issue was resolved, I upgraded to the pro version. Just one day later, this problem occurred again. I suspect whether you have never resolved it at all, or you merely temporarily unlocked my account.
