Bug Description
Hello Support Team,
My account (daohuyvu41@gmail.com
) has been locked, and I am currently unable to use Kiro AI.
According to the message shown in the app, my account was temporarily suspended for security reasons. However, my credits are still unused and my subscription/plan is still valid.
Could you please explain the reason for the suspension and help me restore access? If identity verification is required, please let me know the necessary steps.

Steps to Reproduce
- Sign in to Kiro using my Google account: daohuyvu41@gmail.com.
- Open Kiro and go to the account, billing, or usage section.
- Attempt to use Kiro AI features or check my account usage.
- The system shows the following error message:
"Unable to fetch account usage data: Your User ID temporarily is suspended. We've locked your account as a security precaution. To restore access, please contact our support team to verify your identity." - Because of this error, I cannot use Kiro AI, and no usage data is displayed.
Expected Behavior
I should be able to access and use Kiro AI normally with my account.
Since my credits are still available and my plan has not expired, the system should not block my access without a clear explanation. I should be able to view my usage data, access my account normally, and continue using the AI service. If there is a security issue, I expect clear guidance on the exact reason and the steps required to restore access.
