I don't know what happened. I didn't do anything. I just started using it the day before yesterday, and it had been working fine. Last night, I didn't turn it off, and this morning it stopped working. I turned it off and restarted it, then downloaded it again, and even created a new account, but it still didn't work. I'm at a loss
