Vector and matrix entry for solutions not working with Safari

Starting with Week 5, I am unable to add rows or columns to answers that require vectors or matrices in Safari.

Details:

Macbook Air 11"
OS X 10.9.2
Safari version 7.0.3 (9537.75.14)

Tried Safari quit/restart but it did not help.
