Description
This issue is used to track and describe how playlist fetching will work.
While the VRMix has not cached the first clips from the requested video, VRMix will stream the "loading video", a video configured by user and cached during the initialization of the app.
When the stream controller detects that the current video is next to the end, it will automatically cache the next video to avoid the need of stream the loading video.
