if `show_emoticon` is set to false, emoji codes aren't auto-replaced

I've been updating my self hosted instance and I've faced the following issues:

1. If show_emoticons is set to false, emoji codes such as :grinning: aren't converted to 😀
2. If show_emoticons is set to true, then all emoji codes are auto-replaced but also ascii emoticons and :D becomes 😄, which is a feature I don't like (emoticons were here before emojis and shouldn't be auto-replaced, IMHO)

I'd like to have an option to disable show_emoticons but still have emoji codes to be auto-replaced.

When the emoji plugin is installed buffers.show_emoticons behaves more like show_emojis.

To allow more control over the emojis plugin I've added some options to control what types of emojis are parsed.
