Comment arrangement error #143
Description
Expected behavior
When I comment on a post, I expected it to queue after other comments before mine. Only an up vote or down vote should change the order of arrangement.
Actual behavior
When I comment on a post, it went up and stay at the beginning, toping other comments that was there before new one was posted. Instead of the comments to be descending, it's arranged in ascending order.
How to reproduce

Click on any post

Comment on the post multiple times

All new comments will float.
