For new checks and feature suggestions

Here's a snippet or screenshot that shows a potential problem:

see https://www.shellcheck.net

Here's what shellcheck currently says:

ibid.: nothing about ignore.

Here's what I wanted to see:

I've been using shellcheck sporadically for a couple yearsjust to help identify problems and do not see a positive cost/benefit in investing time in a full reading of all the documentation for something I use a couple of times a month at most.

I've long been wanting an ignore feature and, lo and behold, there it was referenced on 2188, way down there at the end.

As a suggestion to benefit other casual users of your fine website for scripting assistance, it would be helpful if a link to Ignore was referenced on the main shellcheck.net page. I think it could reasonably go on the header or footer bar of ShellCheck Output without cluttering the UI up too much, perhaps as Ignore rules... .

Alternately, on lots more of the SC#### wiki pages, particularly info/warning ones.

A wish list idea: have an ignore link at the end of the info or warning (in the Output window) that popped up with the code to ignore that warning so that the user had that ready to go for copy/paste to code when needed (and include a link to the wiki page).
