`MEMO-128 <Program-name> parameters are different` when changing arguments for TP-Interfaces

check if rossum is cleaning out the tp folder for interfaces, as changing the argument signature is causing conflicts throwing a MEMO-128 error. When checking the tp folder the TP interface is not updated.
