Let's Encrypt [Error: unable to verify the first certificate]

I have converted all of my services for Kolab (except manticore) to HTTPS using Let's Encrypt certificates and now I can't edit documents. I get the following errors:

How do I tell it to read the cert chain or validate my CA?
