Documentation: Note relation

This page mentions a relation argument for the Note field type. I know not everything is documented, but what is this argument's use case?

Currently it's still reserved for future use. There will most probably be a relation cache to let you easier and faster get the notes connected to the current one via a certain relation.

Like this (draft API, doesn't work yet and will probably look differently when implemented):
