unify sources, targets and accounts

The definitions in configs could all be "accounts" defined in any of:

• main config
• other configs
• pipes

You could then refer to any account as "source", "target" or just "account" in any of:

• command-line
• pip

This would pave the way to a simplified parameter lookup as well.
