blk_unpack_ng report AttributeError

when i use this module to decode blk files,it reports
AttributeError: module 'blk.text' has no attribute 'STRICT_BLK'

The build is based on the blk version fixed in commit 8c92e35:

In later versions I moved the constant to an enumeration.
