[Bug] Randomly can stuck in recreating decoder

After using app some time in console we can see recreating decoder config packet. And after the app crashes.

From logs:

Statistics summary not ready!
create decoder: DecoderConfig_Body(tag: 4, codec: 0)

Same problem... (sometimes)

Fixed in d3683bc, but still have big problems.
ALVR server still requesting recreating decoder, but why...
