EEG sampling frequency issues in v2.3.0.0

Hello,

While using BlueMuse v2.3.0.0 with Muse S (gen 1), I have noticed that the sampling frequency of the EEG stream (as reported in the LSL Bridge window) stays at ~500Hz. And sometimes it drops below 10Hz. Recorded data sometimes is 256Hz and sometimes ~500Hz. I found this behavior in two different laptops.

Previous versions v2.2.00 and v2.1.0.0 maintained a stable sampling frequency of 256Hz (both reported and recorded data).

Any ideas?

Hi, I have experienced very same problem. Also while using Muse S but no matter what setting I choose, the sampling frequency is absolutelly off (á 500Hz)... I found out that I can also "simulate" the overall stream crash when I run some CPU and GPU benchmarks (via Cpu-z). However, I found an older version which seems to work just fine (but is limited in it's features - eg. doesn't offer aditional signal recording, just eeg) and the number is 1.1.1.0.
