Include several md files

Hello,

I know that it is possible to include a single README file. This is extremely useful, but it is not enough for some circumstances. I work with a monorepo structure and I need to include several markdown files. Generally, each module has it's own readme and namespace. It would be ideal being able to include a markdown file per module.
