web server vs dev server

Hey, great project! But I have a question regarding the .NET server vs the browser sync server. It seems like browsersync is running on port 5000 from the run.js file. Now what port is the .NET server running at?? I thought you were proxying the browsersync server to the .NET server but I don't think that's whats happening.
