Refactor show applications footer and its CSS #83
Description
The show applications footer works great, but should have a few CSS tweaks made, such as:
- Improve usability on iPhone X (requires a change to the full-page CSS, but this would define safe areas and allow the footer to expand to the full width of the screen in landscape)
- Adjust vertical alignment of all items, particularly those on the left side
- Maybe reposition “Changes saved” to be somewhere else on mobile?
