Just download the code from here https://ksami.gumroad.com/l/QRemeshify, and not from this github, add the add-on and it should work

anyone that comes here in the future. gumroad zip works for 4.5 and no longer gives the python file path error

If you tried gumroad zip and it still giving some lib file missing, Delete Qremesh from any blender version, then install gumroad version again.. Worked here
