Telomere End definition bug of Telsize #6

Hi,
I used telsize on HiFi long-reads with default parameters. When having a look at the output pdfs of the reads, I noticed that the telomere start and end positions for q arm telomeres are assigned biologically incorrectly. As you can see in the screenshot, it just assigns the first part of the signal as the telomere, underestimating the actual length. I suppose this is because telsize always selects the first transition from below signal threshold to above signal threshold as the telomere start, which leads to these assignments.
