[Feature] Make beans-rs update the .adastral file after an upgrade

The current functionality assumes that you already have an .adastral file in your .pwr diff file. However I would like for it to upgrade the .adastral file to whatever is on the remote_version on the .pwr file if their is not a new .adastral file packed in the .pwr.

So if you were to upgrade using pf2-73to74.pwr, it should store the 74 or remote_version inside the .adastral file when the upgrade is complete.
