Add a rebootDayOfMonth flag to allow for rebooting on the same day of every month.

I opened a Feature Request some time ago but unfortunatly the Feature for "Maintenance Windows" ist still not available.

I have demoed at last meeting the maintenance window feature in v2, which solves this in a more generic manner :)
