WatcherExt: Watch & WatchAsync marked as obsolete

Hi all,

with the latest version v18.0.5 Watch and WatchAsync from the WatcherExt are marked as obsolete:

Each message says something like: "This method will be deprecated in future versions. Please use the Watch method instead."

What are the Watch and WatchAsync methods these messages reference?

This isn't clear to me 😄
